Cards ranging from 2 to 10 are counted as their face values and an Ace can be counted as either a 1 or 11-whichever works to your advantage! But an Ace for a Dealer always counts as an 11- which may put luck on your side and make the dealer bust-which happens when you go over 21.

You can also spit your cards, which means that you will divide your hand into two pairs and a second stake of the same value will be placed on the other.

The main key in Online Blackjack is to Strategize and even if you are planning on throwing caution to the wind-it still counts as a strategy! But for those who likes to have some control it would help to keep these tips in mind:

A big online Taboo is to split your tens- SO DON’T!
Always split your aces and 8’s
If the dealer’s showing card is a six or lower, then you should always Stand, but if the dealers showing card is a 7 through to an ace, you should always Hit.
Stand on any hand that equals 11 when the dealer is showing a 4, 5 or 6.
Take a Hit on any hand less than 17 if the dealer is showing an ace, king, queen, jack, 10, 9 or 8.
Always Double down- receive only one more card and double your bet- if you have an 11, or if you have 10 and the dealer is showing a 9 or lower.
